I just got back from Disney World last night. The whole week was tough to deal with. It literally made me sick in my stomach looking at all the other people. Fat people with no disability were issued motorized wheelchairs to cart their fat asses around the parks. The whole crowd reeked of cheeseburger. I have never been so motivated to get fit. Just the thought of those tourists make me want to puke. _________________ IIIIINNNNTTEEERRNNNEEEEEEEET!! |

Being fat as hell, especially when older, does bring a lot of health issues with it. They're joints suffer 2 - 3 times their body weight with each step. So a chunker weighing in at 350lbs is putting 700 - 1050lbs of pressure on their joint with each step. Doesn't feel good walking around all day on concrete especially when they have no stamina. At that point they do have a real problem.
But yes seeing other people be lazy shit pieces does provide a lot of motivation for being a champion. Go lift some weights and eat some food all day long and be a beast. Toss in some cardio so your heart doesn't explode and enjoy being physically better than 99% of the people you see. It's an awesome feeling for sure. |
